My Classroom Management Philosophy:
I believe that students need routine and structure to succeed. I stand behind proactive classroom management. This means I try to prevent misbehaviors from happening, rather than reacting to misbehaviors. This gives students a fair chance to succeed. I also believe in consequences instead of punishments. Consequences are taught to be the direct result of the choice the student made. This makes students more accountable for their actions and choices. They are always given a choice when misbehaving. They can choose to fix it, or continue. If they continue there is a consequence appropriate to the behavior. I believe that all students can learn and succeed and I do my best to hold them accountable and give them every opportunity to be their best.
Expectations for Students
I expect students to complete the work given to them to the best of their ability.
I expect students to complete any homework given

I expect students to be prepared, to the best of their ability, daily
Expectations for the Teacher
I will provide level appropriate work for every student
I will be available to help students when they are struggling
I will hold students accountable for their choices, but remain fair in my consequences
