Welcome to the Physical Education Department!
The goal of the Physical Education department at Portage High School is to provide a variety of course offerings that will allow our students to pick what classes interest them, and what classes they will most likely enjoy participating in. We as a department will stress lifetime fitness by teaching our students skills that they can use for years after they walk out of the doors of Portage High School for the last time. We hope to promote healthy lifestyle choices, and to promote positive self-image. We invite your student to consider taking some of our physical education courses, as we feel they will enjoy them!
